Return Process

    Initiate Your Request

    Contact our dedicated support team at [email protected] within 30 days of delivery to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

    Prepare the E-Bike

    Carefully repack the e-bike in its original packaging, ensuring all components, manuals, and the battery charger are included to prevent damage during transit.

  • 3.
    Ship the Item

    Affix the provided shipping label to the box and drop it off at an authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup for larger freight items.

  • 4.
    Inspection and Refund

    Once our technicians verify the condition of the bike, we will process your refund or dispatch your exchange unit within 5-7 business days.
